Enthusiastic representation and clear explanation of our products and services


Outbound solicitation of leads (cold-calling) minimum of 250 calls per week; 


Develop new accounts daily and achieve (exceed) company quota;


Retention of existing accounts and cross-sell new company products and services.

Responsibilities:


  1. Anticipate customer needs and develop innovative solutions to address theses needs
  2. Develop product specifications based on customer requirements and market trends
  3. Define product pricing strategies to meet revenue goals and profitability targets
  4. Work closely with engineering teams in developing appropriate product designs
  5. Work closely with product marketing teams to develop appropriate messaging for all marketing channels
  6. Develop product launch plans for external and internal audiences
  7. Lead cross functional teams in various phases of product development
  8. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years experience in sales and/or telecommunications industry or equivalent experience in other technology industries - Strong understanding of telecommunications technologies - Experience with designing and developing telecommunications proposals 
  9. Ability to think strategically about future trends to proactively sell future solutions
  10. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  11. Develop a sales process that ensures a high level of success
  12. Build rapport with prospects and customers
  13. Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects
  14. Ensure customer satisfaction (measured by surveys)
  15. Meet or exceed revenue goals through prospecting, cross selling, upselling, and delivering an excellent customer experience
  16. Maintain a high level of professionalism in all situations
  17. Be an expert with respect to the competition
  18. Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product
  19. Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals
  20. Deliver a monthly revenue forecast


Requirements:


Minimum of 2 years experience in sales and/or telecommunications industry or equivalent experience in other technology industries


 - Strong understanding of telecommunications technologies


- Experience with designing and developing telecommunications proposals


- Ability to think strategically about future trends to proactively sell future solutions
